"HOLD ME TIGHT" COUPLES RETREATS
The weekend retreats offer a safe and supportive environment designed to help couples deepen understanding, heal emotional injuries, overcome relational disconnection, and recreate enduring, loving bonds. Whether your relationship is simply in need of renewed strength or if you are struggling to feel the connection you once had, Hold Me Tight will give you the tools you need to reconnect.
The retreats are a small group format, usually between 5 and 15 couples. It combines education about what we have learned over the last 20 years of research on how to heal relationships, video examples, and break out time. The couple break out time is where you and your partner can start to apply the material that you have just learned to your specific relationship. Therapist will be available during this break out time to support your relationship as you apply these new insights and skills.
